Artwork must be ready to print with a transparent background, we accept 300dpi in AI, PNG or PDF Print format.

JPEG images are accepted but image quality might be compromised when re-sizing for print, especially if the images are not in their original format (screen shots etc).

Please ensure all font used during the designing process has a ‘vector outline’ or has been through the ‘create outlines’ process in your design program. Any artwork or fonts which appear unsuitable will be discussed with you.

Using background removers to create a PNG Transparent background for your image will leave a white edge when printing.

All Embroidery files are hand drawn by us to ensure the best quality available. For Embroidery files to be provided to us they must be in .EMB format (.DST, .PES are accepted but cannot be edited or resized without damaging the quality of the stitch file) outsourced digital image and machine embroidery files can be purchased and provided to us at your own risk.

Please be aware that New Design Embroidery quotes are estimated unless the £15 design fee is paid
