Embroidery
Your logo/design is re-drawn by hand and converted into a stitch data file and embroidered onto your chosen garments. Simple!...
The number of colours in each design does not affect the set-up cost of the embroidery but each area will require a new set-up cost due to having to re-draw to size up or size down. Each size costing £15.
The cost for stitching out a standard left chest logo is included in the price of the garment but will require a set up fee if we do not already have your design on file.
Some complicated Left Chest Logos are very large stitch files and may incur an extra stitch out charge, This will be discussed with you
Standard Font is Free to set up
All Teddy prices include Embroidery stitch outs and all set up costs unless you require special logos added into the design which we do not already have on file
Printing
Your Artwork is Loaded into Illustratior, Sized correctly and sent to our printer, it is then heat pressed onto your choosen garment. The cost for a Left Chest Logo and a Back Print is included in the garment Price but will still require a one time set up fee if we do not already have your file on record. Large Chest Prints are extra unless swapping the Back Print for the Left chest. If your artwork is not ready, you will need to pay a design fee of £15 for each design (Standard font is free to set up)

You are welcome to purchase print ready files from places such as Etsy and Creative Fabrica but these are purchased at your own risk.
Embroidery is a great option if you want a logo that lasts!
Embroidery stitch prices for a single Left Chest Logo onto garments are included in the Price of the garment but still require a one time set up fee if we do not have your Embroidery file on record.
All Larger Chest Embroidery and All Back Embroidery will incur a seperate Stitch Fee ontop of the garment prices, please contact us to discus this before purchase

File Types
The best artwork file to supply us for Printing is vector artwork. This can be send to us as AI, PDF/PDF Print or an SVG file.
Embroidery files must be sent in .EMB format (.DST and .PES machine stitch files can be used but cannot be re-sized) Please send the PDF of the sequence and colours with your file.
You can purchase Machine Embroidery files (stitch files) from other sources such as Etsy but be aware that these are at your own risk, we will not be responsible for registration or stitch out issues if we have not drawn the file ourselves.
Text In Artwork
If you are providing artwork it is important to set all of the text in your designs to outlines, especially when using apps such as Canva. This will mean that our computers can reproduce your artwork correctly without needing access to the fonts you have used. If we require access to the fonts you have used, such as in Canva, There may be a licence fee payable.
Artwork Quality / Resolution
As a general rule, you should try to upload the best quality, highest resolution version of your logo/design that you have, it is recommended to use 300DPI. Files accepted for best printing are AI, PNG and PDF Print. If we feel that what you’ve supplied to us is going to produce a poor quality result, we’ll contact you to discuss how best to proceed.
Removing Image Backgrounds
Many file types such as png and eps support image background transparencies. Please do not use apps such as GoogleBGremover as these still leave a white milky edge when printing, which we cannot remove without re-drawing.
If you are unsure if your image has a background, please send us your image to look at before purchase.
Colours
Embroidery thread colours are matched using Madeira’s pantone chart matching system to guarantee that we find the closest matching thread colour for your design. However we cannot guarantee an exact match but will use the Thread colour closest to your Design
If you wish for a particular pantone colour to be used for your printed design, it is important that you specify these when placing your order, or send us the AI file which will keep the colour profile. There is a section on the customisation tool which allows you to type any notes or special instructions.
Embroidery/Print New Logo Set Up Fee
We aim to have your Logo ready to embroider onto Garments within 2 Weeks from your order unless any issues arise
- All New Custom Embroidery or Vector Artwork Designs created by us to ensure the best quality available and will incur a one time setup fee charged at £15-£30 per design (standard font has a free setup)
- Garment and Item Prices on this website include some decoration costs Including a single standard Left Chest Embroidery or a Left Chest and Back Print (Teddies include the Embroidery on the Belly and do not incur a design fee unless you require a specific logo added which we do not already have on file)
- For More complex and detailed Large chest Embroidery and Any Back Embroidery, costs are additional and will vary (£10-£30)
- Standard font for both Print and Embroidery has a free set-up
- Orders must be paid for at the time of ordering
If you do not require our Design Service
- If your design files are ready, you will not need to pay a Design Fee, Please forward your ready to Print Artwork or ready to embroider files for your Order to saccosmakesit@gmail.com (please include your order Number and placement details etc)
- Artwork must be ready to print with a transparent background, we accept 300dpi in AI, PNG or PDF Print format.
- Please ensure all font used during the designing process with apps like Canva have a ‘vector outline’ or have been through the ‘create outlines’ process in your design prep. Please ensure there are no backgrounds to your artwork. Any artwork or fonts which appear unsuitable when received will be discussed with you, prior to us processing your order.
- Using background removers to create a PNG Transparent background for your image, such as Google BG remover, will leave a milky white edge when printing, which we will be unable to remove without a re-drawing fee.
- Ready to Stitch Embroidery files can be provided to us but they must be in .EMB format (.DST, .PES are accepted but these are machine stitch files and cannot be edited or resized by us without damaging the quality of the stitch file, Please also provide the PDF of the sequence and Thread colours)
- Digital images for print and machine embroidery files can be purchased elsewhere such as on Etsy and provided to us at your own risk.
- Please be aware that Large Back and Large Chest Embroidery stitch out Costs will be an estimation of between £10-£25 until the stitch out file is designed (most Stitch outs for these areas cost between £8.50-£10 )
- Once your Artwork is set up ready for Print or Embroidery, There will be no Set-up costs to pay for any new orders which use the same designs.
